Zeversolar inverters
Zeversolar Inverter Repairs Perth
Zeversolar ceased business activities in December 2019. There is no new stock, no ongoing product development and no live monitoring platform, and Zeversolar Cloud stopped working around late 2021. Plenty of Zeversolar units are still on Perth roofs and still producing, but when one fails the options are narrower than for a brand that still trades.
Common Zeversolar inverter faults in Perth
Complete shutdown with no display
The most common Zeversolar callout, and at this age usually a power-stage or capacitor failure rather than something serviceable.
Monitoring that has gone permanently dark
This one is not a fault. Zeversolar Cloud stopped functioning around late 2021, so a system that vanished from monitoring at that point is almost certainly still generating. Checking the meter rather than the app is the quickest way to confirm.
Isolation faults
Array-side moisture or cable damage, same as any string inverter of this vintage.
Grid protection trips
Older units set to superseded grid parameters can nuisance-trip as network conditions change around them.
What we do
Zeversolar closed in 2019, so there is no manufacturer to claim against and no parts channel. We are honest about that up front. What we can do is test the system properly, confirm whether the fault is actually the inverter or something on the roof, and where the unit has failed, replace it with a current inverter sized to your existing array. Where the fault turns out to be array-side, the Zeversolar unit often keeps working for years yet.

Working out whether you have a fault at all
Zeversolar owners are in an unusual position: the most common thing that looks like a failure is not one. When Zeversolar Cloud stopped functioning around late 2021, every system on it went dark at once regardless of condition. If your monitoring died around then and your bills did not change, the inverter almost certainly kept working. The quickest check costs nothing. Look at your meter or your Synergy bill for the period after the monitoring stopped. If generation held up, you have a dead monitoring platform and a live inverter, which is a very different problem.
Questions
My Zeversolar monitoring stopped years ago. Is the system broken?
Probably not. Zeversolar Cloud stopped functioning around late 2021, so systems dropped off monitoring en masse regardless of their condition. If your bills did not change at that point, the system most likely kept generating. A meter reading settles it.
Can a Zeversolar inverter be repaired?
Sometimes, for faults that are not the power stage. There is no manufacturer parts channel, so anything needing proprietary components is realistically a replacement. We will tell you which category the fault falls into before you spend anything.
Is my warranty worth anything?
The company stated it would meet existing obligations when it wound down, but it ceased activities in 2019 and any residential term has almost certainly expired by now. Treat a Zeversolar unit as out of warranty and budget accordingly.
Do I have to replace the panels too?
No. Panels normally outlast inverters comfortably. A replacement inverter is configured to the array you already have.
