Warranty Policy

Product & Workmanship Warranty

Parts & Equipment Warranty All new solar parts and components sold by Solar Repairs are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty up to 10 years depending on the product (e.g. inverters, panels, mounting hardware). Specific warranty terms are listed on each product page.

Workmanship Warranty All repair and installation work carried out by our licensed technicians is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty from the date of service, covering defects in the labour performed.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in parts supplied by us
• Faults resulting from our installation or repair workmanship

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from external factors (storms, lightning, pest damage, etc.)
• Damage from unauthorized modification or third-party servicing
• General wear and tear
• Pre-existing faults not disclosed at time of service

Making a Warranty Claim Contact us at cl***@**************om.au with your invoice/order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
